AIM has a fully air-conditioned dormitory with accommodations for 270 students. Each room is subdivided into two (2) bedrooms connected by a study room and is shared by four (4) persons. There is a separate wing for women residents. A prayer room for Muslims is also specially designated in the dormitory. Lodging fees ranged from Php 9,000 to Php 14,000 per month (or US$200 to US$310) depending on length of stay. |

AIM is located in the heart of the Philippine business and financial capital of Makati City. There are several options for off-campus board and lodging. Rent for upscale condos can range from Php30,000 to Php50,000 per month (or US$ 665 to US$1,110) exclusive of utility bills and association fees. Boarding rooms or shared apartments can be rented from Php10,000 to Php20,000 per month. |

| S.A. Room |

The Student Association (SA) Room is where students can relax, chat, and email their family and friends. Strategically located on the ground floor of the dormitory, the room is equipped with 15 desktop computers with 24-hour Internet access, a 21-inch colored TV, and a VHS player. Students can comfortably lounge on the sofa as they take time off from a hard day's work. All in all, it is a home away from home for both overseas and local students. The SA Room also provides services such as overseas calls and fax machines to accommodate urgent mailing requirements. The room is open to all AIM students 24 hours a day. S.A. Store Run by the Student Association, the SA Store sells AIM souvenir items and serves as a mini-convenience store, providing the students access to food and personal necessities. It is located at the ground floor of the dormitory. IT Services Services such as printing, scanning, tech support, and Microsoft Office certification are available at the Information and Communications Technology department.
