CDM announces its first DEP offering for 2012: the “Changing Business Practices in Conflict-Sensitive Areas” (CBPCA) course to be held from May 28 to June 8 2012.
CDM’s Development Executive Programs (DEPs) are short non-degree courses on specialized topics relevant to development workers. Training is intense and practitioner-oriented, combining AIM’s case methods, analyses, lectures, discussions and workshops. These programs are suitable for participants who need to return to work and apply what they learned immediately.

The DEP responds to the crucial need for urgent learning of practitioners faced with immediate challenges within their organizations. The duration of DEP courses vary from three (3) days to four (4) weeks depending on the chosen topic. CDM currently offers three types of DEPs: the regular certificate programs, special development management topic series, and customized programs. Institutions across the world, as well as government agencies within the Asian region, have sent their leaders and managers to the AIM for the CDM’s DEP.
